Event means any Daki Mastermind gathering, experience, activity, event, session, or related service offered by the Company.

Service refers to the Website and any Event, ticket, digital content, communication, or service offered through it.

Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) means these Terms and Conditions, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference, which govern Your access to and use of the Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.

Third-Party Service means any service, content, product, website, platform, or material provided by a third party that is displayed, included, made available, or linked through the Service.

Website refers to Daki Mastermind, accessible from https://dakimastermind.com/.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, purchasing a ticket, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern Your use of the Service and form an agreement between You and the Company.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, or attending an Event, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not use the Service or purchase access to an Event.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Company does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to use the Service or attend an Event unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.

Your use of the Service is also subject to Our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully before using the Service.

Tickets, Registration, and Payment

Tickets and registrations are subject to availability. A place at an Event is confirmed only after We receive successful payment and send confirmation of Your purchase or registration.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when purchasing a ticket or registering for an Event.

All prices, fees, and payment terms will be shown on the Website or at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, currency-conversion charges, or bank fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order or registration where We reasonably believe that there is fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse of the Service, or an error in pricing or availability.

Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations

Any refund, cancellation, transfer, or ticket-change terms displayed on the relevant Event page, checkout page, or confirmation email form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, copied, or used for commercial promotion without Our prior written permission.

If the Company cancels an Event, We may, at Our discretion, offer a refund, credit, rescheduled date, or alternative access. The Company is not responsible for travel, accommodation, food, transport, or other personal expenses incurred in connection with an Event unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to You under applicable law.

Event Participation and Conduct

You are responsible for Your own conduct during an Event. You agree to act respectfully toward other attendees, staff, hosts, venue personnel, and any third parties involved in the Event.

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, or endanger another person.

  • Engage in illegal, disruptive, abusive, or unsafe conduct.

  • Damage property belonging to the Company, venue, attendees, or third parties.

  • Record, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share confidential discussions, private attendee information, or Event materials without permission.

  • Use the Event primarily to solicit, spam, promote unrelated services, or exploit other attendees.

  • Bring prohibited substances, weapons, or dangerous items to the Event.

We may remove You from an Event, without refund where permitted by law, if We reasonably believe that Your conduct violates these Terms, jeopardizes safety, damages the Event experience, or creates legal or reputational risk.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in an Event may involve ordinary risks associated with travel, social gatherings, physical activities, food and beverages, pools, saunas, hot tubs, and other amenities that may be available at an Event venue.

You voluntarily participate at Your own risk and are responsible for assessing whether You are physically and medically able to participate in any activity. You should not participate in any activity that is unsafe for You or contrary to medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, or other harm arising from Your participation in an Event, except where caused by the Company’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results

The Service may include discussions, opinions, networking opportunities, educational content, business ideas, personal experiences, and general information.

Nothing provided through the Service constitutes legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, business, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for Your decisions and for obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, personal, networking, or other result from attending an Event or using the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, name, logo, design, text, videos, photographs, recordings, graphics, Event materials, and other content, is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, display, or exploit any part of the Service without Our prior written permission.

Photography and Recording

The Company or its authorized representatives may photograph, film, or record parts of an Event for operational, promotional, marketing, security, or archival purposes.

By attending an Event, You acknowledge that You may appear in photographs or recordings. If You do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify Us before the Event at damirsaade328@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Your request, but cannot guarantee that You will not appear incidentally in group or background footage.

You may not photograph, film, record, livestream, or publish private Event discussions or other attendees without their consent and the Company’s permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, practices, availability, or services of any third party. You acknowledge and agree that the Company will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by Your use of third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its Affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, hosts, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption, arising from or related to Your use of the Service or attendance at an Event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount You paid to the Company for the specific Event or Service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Service.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its Affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, hosts, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service;

  • Your attendance at or conduct during an Event;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of another person’s rights; or

  • Your violation of applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the Service, cancel Your registration, or remove You from an Event immediately and without prior notice if You breach these Terms or if We reasonably believe that Your continued participation may harm the Company, the Event, or other participants.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means that You accept the revised Terms.
